📋 Description

• Guide clients through every step of personal injury cases • Communicate with clients regarding appointments and deadlines • Arrange transportation for medical treatments when necessary • Open and manage client files in case management software • Track case progress and gather required documents, forms, and authorizations • Order medical records, obtain photos, and fulfill FOIA requests • Coordinate with law firms, insurance companies, and medical providers • Collaborate with Client Case Manager Auditors to address deficiencies • Manage medical requests and treatment plans • Prepare essential reports • Oversee case billings, budgets, and timelines • Follow software policies and procedures • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in Texas personal injury cases is required • Minimum of two years of legal case management experience preferred • Working knowledge of healthcare and legal processes within personal injury • Working knowledge of medical records, legal documents, and HIPAA practices • Superior follow-up, organizational, and document management skills • Fluent English at a C1 level or above required, written and verbal • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to work autonomously, follow instructions, and collaborate in a team environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software • Strong typing skills • Willingness to learn new technologies and software • Compassionate and professional client interaction • High School Diploma required • BS/BA in Business or equivalent experience preferred • Paralegal certificate is a plus • Must provide own equipment • Responsible for handling self-employment taxes according to country's laws
