📋 Description

• Guide clients through every step of their personal injury case • Ensure timely communication regarding appointments and deadlines • Arrange transportation for medical treatments when necessary • Open and manage client files in case management software • Track case progress and gather required documents, forms, and authorizations • Order medical records, obtain photos, and fulfill FOIA requests • Collaborate with law firm counterparts, insurance companies, and medical providers • Work with Client Case Manager Auditors to address identified deficiencies • Manage medical requests and treatment plans • Ensure adherence to prescribed treatment schedules • Prepare essential reports • Provide oversight on case billings, budgets, and timelines • Strive for cost-effective and quality outcomes • Adhere to software policies and procedures • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in Texas personal injury cases is required • Minimum of two years of legal case management experience is preferred • Prior insurance industry experience is preferred • Deep knowledge of healthcare and legal processes within personal injury • Working knowledge of medical records, legal documents, and HIPAA practices • Superior follow-up, organizational, and document management skills • Keen eye for detail and precision in filing • Fluent English at a C1 level or above, written and verbal • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to work autonomously, follow instructions diligently, and integrate into a team-oriented environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software • Strong typing skills • Willingness to learn new technologies and software • Compassionate approach to client interaction and professionalism with attorneys, experts, and stakeholders • High School Diploma required • BS/BA in Business or equivalent experience preferred • Paralegal certificate is a plus • Ability to provide own equipment • Responsibility for self-employment taxes according to applicable country laws
