🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer • Strong UX thinking, visual design skills, and clear written communication • Deeply user-focused, you design with empathy and clarity • Problem-solver who takes initiative and drives projects to completion • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative by nature • Fluent in Figma (components, auto layout, design systems, etc.) • Genuine interest in our mission and the impact we’re creating • Experience working at startups or within small, fast-moving cross-functional teams. • Understanding of front-end development. You don’t need to code, but knowing how code works helps you design smarter, more feasible interfaces.
