We empower entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes to navigate the intricate landscape of financial and regulatory requirements with ease, allowing them to focus on what truly matters - building and growing their ventures. • We’re looking for a User Experience (UX) Analyst to join our team and help us better understand our customers’ needs and pain points. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from a variety of sources including product reviews, customer support conversations, sales calls, surveys, and more—and turn it into actionable insights for our Product and Design teams. Your work will directly inform our roadmap and help ensure we’re solving the problems that matter most to our users.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX research, data analysis, customer insights, or a related role. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to detect patterns in qualitative and quantitative data. • Comfortable working across teams and synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives. • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Passionate about improving user experiences and making data-informed decisions.
