📋 Description

• You give our campaigns their creative idea and the red thread that makes Doonails unmistakable. • With strong concepts and the right copy, you make the brand tangible, build awareness and trust, and ensure that trends and insights become the right moments at the right time. • Develop creative concepts & integrated campaigns: from the initial insight through ideation to execution, with the goal of strengthening brand awareness and trust • Translate brand and product priorities into ideas & storytelling that work across all channels, online and offline • Write and refine copy for campaigns and beyond: social, digital, traditional and film • Design awareness- and trust-driven campaign strategies with a sense of how different channels work together to build a brand • Dive deep into culture: translate beauty consumer behavior, social platforms, and the cultural and seasonal calendar into relevant, timely campaign moments • Work with consumer insights & analytics: set goals before and after campaigns, measure awareness, trust, and brand lift, and connect creative impact to business objectives • Collaborate cross-functionally: design, social, influencer, PR, media, and product – and provide clear creative direction to external partners and agencies • Confidently present campaign strategy & results to leadership with a clear strategic point of view that challenges assumptions and creates alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand or campaign marketing, or creative strategy, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands • Conceptual strength and a confident feel for copy, because ideas and the words that carry them are at the heart of this role • The instinct of a brand builder: you understand how brands earn attention, credibility, and trust, not just short-term performance • Deeply rooted in culture and social platforms—i.e., you are fluent in beauty consumer behavior and what makes content truly effective • A strong understanding of how campaigns build a brand over time: across social, digital and traditional media, including social trends and mechanics • Comfortable working with budgets, KPIs and data—enough to ground your ideas and demonstrate their impact • A strong communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works in a structured way, and shows initiative • An impressive portfolio that you proudly present to us • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Nice to have: experience from an agency environment
