📋 Description

• Your mission: Implement workflows that automate and resolve legal questions and standard legal cases at Doonails by applying your legal background and leveraging AI. • First point of contact for legal matters within the company. You handle incoming claims, assess them, and coordinate the next steps. • Act as the interface to external counsel and manage the collaboration, both in terms of substance and timelines. • Design, implement and optimize workflows to automate legal questions and standard legal cases through the use of AI. • Work closely with business teams to make legal processes more efficient, e.g., procurement/tender processes, contracts, and internal policies. • Create and maintain scalable templates, e.g., for influencer agreements and recurring vendor cases.

🎯 Requirements

• M.A. or LL.M. in business/commercial law or a comparable qualification with a very strong process-oriented mindset. Admission as a registered in-house counsel is not required. • Demonstrable openness to, or initial experience with, AI tools and their implementation in a legal context. You want to actively shape how legal work is automated. • Strong project management background — able to set up complex workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines. • Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal compliance documents. • Hands-on mentality: you work with full ownership and like to tackle tasks directly. • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
