📋 Description
• Ensure financial integrity and transparency • Responsible for accurate bookkeeping in accordance with local standards for the corporate group • Oversee all financial transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders • Main point of contact for our (international) tax advisors • Communicate with tax authorities and ensure compliance with all international tax requirements • Support the preparation of annual financial statements and audits
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management • Solid knowledge of international accounting standards and tax law • Experience working with tax advisors and authorities, ideally in an international environment • Strong analytical skills and a structured, precise working style • Fluent English and German language skills • Hands-on mentality, self-responsibility and solution-oriented thinking • Team player, willingness to learn and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
