• Work directly with client stakeholders across many departments to elicit, understand, and document their needs. • Define and map current state vs. future state processes as part of a major modernization effort. • Plan and run workshops and working sessions with stakeholders, including on-site sessions. • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams — including a third-party team responsible for maintaining and upgrading the back end and the in-house implementation team responsible for the front end — to validate that requested changes are feasible, within capability, and minimize changes to the back end. • Assess, at a directional level, whether a requested change is likely to be a large or small technical lift, and communicate that to the technical teams for discussion.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on digital products or software delivery teams, with client-facing responsibilities — comfortable operating as an embedded resource on the client side. • Corporate & financial background: Experience with formal, structured, corporate-style organizations — preferably a banking or financial institution — and at ease stepping into that kind of environment. • Transformation experience: Hands-on work on modernization or business transformation initiatives involving complex enterprise software — including current-state/future-state definition and navigating multiple stakeholders and user archetypes. • Technical fluency: Enough technical understanding to gauge whether a change is a large or small lift and to hold your own in conversations with engineering teams. • Requirements mastery: You consistently produce requirements that reduce ambiguity and rework — clear stories, strong acceptance criteria, and well-documented rules and flows. • Delivery fluency: Comfortable in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban); experienced supporting refinement, sprint planning, demos, and iterative releases. • Analytical mindset: Strong problem decomposition, structured thinking, and the ability to use data/metrics to clarify decisions and measure outcomes. • English proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English — comfortable leading workshops, documenting decisions and requirements, and communicating delivery tradeoffs with senior stakeholders. • Tooling familiarity: Jira and Confluence, AI and collaboration tools, comfort working alongside UX systems (e.g., Figma prototypes). • Time zone alignment: Able to work with meaningful overlap in European & US hours. • Travel: Willingness to travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia up to four times per year (roughly quarterly) for on-site workshops and sessions.
