• Work directly with client stakeholders across many departments to elicit, understand, and document their needs. • Define and map current state vs. future state processes as part of a major modernization effort. • Plan and run workshops and working sessions with stakeholders, including on-site sessions. • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to validate that requested changes are feasible, within capability, and minimize changes to the back end. • Assess whether a requested change is likely to be a large or small technical lift, and communicate that to the technical teams for discussion.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on digital products or software delivery teams, with client-facing responsibilities - comfortable operating as an embedded resource on the client side. • Experience with formal, structured, corporate-style organizations - preferably a banking or financial institution - and at ease stepping into that kind of environment. • Hands-on work on modernization or business transformation initiatives involving complex enterprise software - including current-state/future-state definition and navigating multiple stakeholders and user archetypes. • Enough technical understanding to gauge whether a change is a large or small lift and to hold your own in conversations with engineering teams. • You consistently produce requirements that reduce ambiguity and rework - clear stories, strong acceptance criteria, and well-documented rules and flows. • Comfortable in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban); experienced supporting refinement, sprint planning, demos, and iterative releases. • Strong problem decomposition, structured thinking, and the ability to use data/metrics to clarify decisions and measure outcomes. • Excellent written and spoken English - comfortable leading workshops, documenting decisions and requirements, and communicating delivery tradeoffs with senior stakeholders. • Jira and Confluence, AI and collaboration tools, comfort working alongside UX systems (e.g., Figma prototypes).
• Willingness to travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia up to four times per year (roughly quarterly) for on-site workshops and sessions
