📋 Description

• Partner in and own components of the development and execution of high-priority internal communications • Draft, edit and shape internal communications, including announcements, leadership messages, and FAQs • Manage timelines and drive coordination across stakeholders to ensure communications are delivered accurately and on time • Publish and maintain content across internal channels • Identify gaps, risks, or opportunities in communications and propose solutions • Support preparation for company-wide communications moments

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field. • Strong writing and editing skills • Strong project management skills • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, well-structured documents • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Strong judgment to handle sensitive information • Collaborative, responsive, and proactive in driving work forward • Ability to take ownership of projects or workstreams end-to-end with minimal guidance
