📋 Description
• Lead teams managing service desk, ITAM, supply chain, business operations, and integration • Drive post-acquisition IT integration • Own performance and costs by setting and delivering on SLAs, KPIs, and budget targets • Partner cross-functionally with Workplace, Security, Finance, and Engineering
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in enterprise IT operations • 5+ years leading multi-functional teams across service desk, asset management, or supply chain in a global or multi-regional environment • Proven at building and scaling IT organizations • Budget and financial planning experience • Track record through organizational change • Clear communicator with senior leaders
