• Successfully execute operational processes, drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory adherence • Guide and support employees, managers, and stakeholders through the entire leave lifecycle • Oversee and refine the management of day to day leave and accommodations activities • Lead the coordination of various programs during the employee leave process • Collaborate with stakeholders including HR Business Partners, managers, and our Payroll and Legal teams • Apply your advanced organizational and time management skills to manage a complex caseload • Provide expert-level responses to employee questions, stakeholder inquiries • Drive high impact projects in global leaves program management using automation
• You possess advanced expertise in managing leave activities, encompassing not only state and federal job protections but also strategic oversight of complex accommodations • You bring experience designing and administering equitable leave and accommodations programs supporting diverse and international populations • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture is crucial • You have demonstrated the ability to adapt to evolving business needs, showing agility and strategic foresight in a constantly evolving environment • You have a track record of excellent judgment, discretion and the capability to make sound, independent decisions while excelling in your ability to manage sensitive and confidential information • You’re a strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively • You’re an outstanding communicator with sophisticated relationship-building skills • You bring substantial background with 5+ years of direct, high-level experience in managing centralized leaves and accommodations • Experience working with leave tracking HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and leave vendor management platforms (Absence Soft)
