📋 Description

• work with the Senior Legal Operations Manager, Litigation, and Privacy counsel to shape processes • manage a team of 3 Legal Operations Analysts and 1 Team Lead • oversee DoorDash’s BPO Team and maintain relationships • build and drive the adoption of workflow automation and business intelligence technology • scale, innovate, and suggest improvements to existing legal compliance processes • partner with Legal Data Engineering, Security, and IT organizations • oversee daily operations and partner with vendors and outside counsel

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in pre-law or business fields • 8+ years of progressive legal industry experience in fast moving environments • 1-2 years of experience in a people management role • extraordinary written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • experience in reading and responding to subpoenas, garnishments, liens or levies, and/or unemployment claims • strong project management experience • proficient in Google Workplace, Slack, MacOS, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat • experience working in business intelligence tools like Mode, Sigma, and Tableau • committed to diversity and inclusion
