📋 Description
• Drive operational, analytical, and cross-functional work needed to launch and scale insurance initiatives • Support go-to-market execution through experiment management, reporting, vendor and procurement follow-through • Report into the Insurance Strategy & Operations lead • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive vendor readiness and operational launch execution • Help build processes, reporting, and operating rhythm needed to support growth
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, consulting, program management, or a related field • Strong analytical skills, including experience using SQL • Experience independently managing complex, cross-functional initiatives • Clear communication skills in written and verbal formats • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
