• oversee the rapid growth and administration of global equity programs • ensure accuracy and compliance • optimize systems and processes • serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders • work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, and external vendors • lead initiatives to upgrade equity systems • partner with senior leaders in Legal, Finance, and People teams • design and iterate equity programs • manage workflows and systems that deliver precision and clarity • build sustainable compliance infrastructure
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in stock plan administration • operate like an owner • exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills • strong track record of achievement • cross-functional relationship building • distill complex concepts into simple communications • capable of identifying and resolving issues • very strong Excel skills • CEP certification is preferred • knowledge of Workday, ADP, and Shareworks/EEO platform a plus • deep knowledge of equity accounting and international jurisdictions
