📋 Description
• Oversee a team of Account Executives responsible for selling Supply Club and adjacent products • Drive team performance through coaching, daily sales cadences, and pipeline accountability • Own team quota attainment and conversion targets end-to-end • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and finance teams to improve go-to-market strategies • Contribute to the scaling of the business as Supply Club expands
🎯 Requirements
• Experience managing or leading an inside sales team • Track record of hitting team-level quotas in a high-volume outbound environment • Strong coaching skills to develop early-career reps into consistent performers • Comfortable with Google Sheets and CRM tools • Ability to adapt in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • At least 3 years of inside sales experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity
