📋 Description

• Design, build and maintain full-stack applications and backend services powering Dorahacks’ governance products. • Build Web3-less integrations with blockchain protocols, wallets, and identity systems. • Deploy and optimize transformer-based models (e.g., Llama or similar) to support novel governance use cases. • Ensure scalability, performance and security of AI-driven features in production. • Collaborate with protocol engineers, cryptographers and product teams to deliver user-centric, AI-enabled governance tools. • Write clean, testable and well-documented code, as well as contribute to open-source and product repositories. • Use applied AI technologies to improve governance workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Understanding in Computer Engineering or related fields. • 3+ years of experience in full-stack - frontend and backend software engineering. • Hands-on experience with Llama or other transformer-based models. • Strong proficiency in backend technologies. • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment. • Skilled in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and reasonable understanding of cryptography.
