• Management of Google Ads campaigns • Setup, optimization and scaling of Google Ads campaigns across the entire SaaS product portfolio • Coverage of main formats: Search (priority), Display, YouTube Ads, Demand Gen • Management of high-budget accounts (several hundred thousand euros per month) • Continuous iterations on targeting, bidding, creatives and landing pages • Monitoring of key KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate • Building and maintaining performance dashboards • Implementation and stabilization of advanced tracking (GTM, GA4, conversion tracking) • Data-driven recommendations to optimize the profitability of ad spend • Progressive handover and collaboration with the CGO on assigned projects • Growth to full autonomy over your campaigns, in partnership with Product and Tech teams
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience working on Google Ads • Required experience managing accounts with at least six-figure monthly budgets • Agency experience appreciated (multitasking, versatile profile) • Ideally experienced in SaaS / subscription / lead generation environments — a 100% e-commerce focus is not suitable for our needs • Advanced mastery of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube Ads, Demand Gen) • Very comfortable with Google Ads Editor • Good command of SEO/SEA tools (SEMrush or equivalent) • Advanced tracking: GTM, GA4, conversion tracking • Reporting and performance analysis skills • Focus on SaaS metrics: target CPA rather than ROAS • Strong autonomy and ownership: able to take a project from A to Z • Proactive and rigorous in execution • Team spirit and professional integrity • Comfortable in a demanding, results-oriented environment
