📋 Description

• Support members of the accounting team and lead meetings • Develop training modules for employees and clients • Act as the teams’ technical point of reference • Handle complex advisory consultations • Address issues relating to company valuations, complex structures, and income optimization for business owners and their companies • Review files that have already been reviewed and supervised by the teams • Provide technical supervision for a team of five • Monitor daily assignments through the management system • Supervise financial statements and tax filings • Support team members as they take ownership of client files • Advise clients and support small and medium-sized business owners with their business challenges • Communicate by email, chat, video conference, and phone • Organize team meetings and one-to-one meetings • Participate in Squads to improve procedures • Attend training sessions and deliver training • Create tutorials and videos for clients with support from technical specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or educational background • At least five years of experience in an accounting firm in a similar role • Experience providing technical guidance to accounting staff • Enjoyment of client interaction • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Good relationships with colleagues
