📋 Description

• Curate and deliver compelling, high-quality education content across all State & Communities (S&C) mastheads • Write national education content across print, digital, newsletters, and social media platforms • Help coordinate the education content calendar, key deadlines, and publication workflows • Assist audience engagement through data-led storytelling, tailored to reader interests and platform trends • Collaborate with S&C masthead teams and internal stakeholders to align content with national strategy and optimise reach • Champion innovation, collaborate with contributing journalists, and promote a diverse and inclusive newsroom culture

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in journalism or content creation, with a strong focus on education topics • Proven ability to develop and execute content that drives audience engagement and growth • Strong understanding of digital publishing, audience analytics, and SEO best practices • Sound editorial judgment, ensuring content meets high standards of accuracy, legality, and relevance • Leadership skills to foster innovation, mentorship, and collaboration across teams.
