• End-To-End Shop operations (listings, pricing, campaigns, shop health) across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok • Plan & execute all major platform campaigns (9.9, 11.11, flash deals, vouchers, bundles) • Set dynamic pricings • Research new products • Create new bundles • Drive traffic through search Ads • Support with Affiliate Programme — recruit, brief and retain 50+ TikTok creators driving 40% of GMV
• 3+ years hands-on seller experience • Deep knowledge of Shopee and TikTok Shop mechanics (we don't look for employees that only managed agencies) • Provable GMV growth metrics on Shopee & TikTok • Candidates must share performance data during interview (if you don't have, please don't apply) • Native Bahasa Malaysia • Very Fluent in English • Analytical — comfortable reading dashboards and building simple weekly performance reports
