📋 Description

• Edit short-form videos end-to-end • Work with CapCut, Adobe, and other editing tools • Use Higgs and other AI tools • Create highly converting AI and non-AI videos focused on views, engagement, and sales • Create graphics and static images • Understand social media trends, virality, music, b-roll clips, special effects, camera positioning, and related details • Increase the volume of high-performing videos and drive organic exposure to support sales

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on Video Editing Experience • Portfolio of high performing videos • Deep knowledge of TikTok & Instagram Algorithms • Understands virality and creates videos based on data driven decisions • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malay (Chinese big plus) • Highly Analytical — comfortable reading dashboards and building simple weekly performance reports
