📋 Description

• Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, ads, social media creatives, and reels. • Adapt designs for both digital and print formats. • Create visually engaging posts, stories, and campaigns for social media platforms. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals. • Ensure all designs align with company branding, tone, and visual guidelines. • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels. • Work with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva. • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices. • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns that boost visibility, generate leads, and improve engagement. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams for campaign and event materials. • Provide input during brainstorming and planning sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva. • Experience working with multiple design tools and managing multiple creative projects. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. • Knowledge of social media trends and digital design requirements. • Video editing and motion graphics experience is a plus. • Strong sense of storytelling and basic content creation skills preferred.
