📋 Description

• Contribute to market success, growth and profitability in assigned regions within the Defence & Security segment • Serve as the primary liaison between the global segment organization and the respective countries/regions, ensuring professional coordination and alignment • Support the development and implementation of strategy and marketing activities by analyzing trends and market requirements • Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Prepare and manage short- and mid-term forecasts to ensure achievement of targeted growth objectives • Share expertise and support capability building in this expanding business segment through internal training and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree, e.g. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in an international environment (Marketing, Sales) • Mandatory: relevant professional experience within a military context, ideally with exposure to the Five Eyes community • Strong conceptual, strategic and analytical skillset, combined with excellent communication and persuasive abilities • Fluent English skills (business level), both written and spoken • German language skills equivalent to at least B2 level
