• Execute and enforce the Configuration Management process, including maintenance and updates of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Ensure a smooth Change Management process, including monitoring, supporting and approving change requests via the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and promoting continuous improvements • Develop and implement a roadmap for holistic and agile Configuration and Change Management in line with ITIL best practices • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all operational matters • Maintain, improve and implement processes within the ITSM solution and produce reports • Provide training and operational support for colleagues and external partners, including creation of user manuals and work instructions • Participate in cross-functional projects as an operational expert for Configuration and Change Management and represent process-related topics
• Completed university degree in IT or completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent • Professional experience in IT Service Management (especially Configuration and Change Management) • Experience with ITSM tools in the areas of Configuration, Change Management, Reporting and overall IT Service Management • Strong understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 • Familiarity with IT governance, compliance and audit requirements • Business-fluent German and English
