âą Lead and develop a growing team of Analysts and Analytics Managers while fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and high-impact execution. âą Define and evolve the product analytics strategy across the iGaming portfolio, with a focus on player engagement, monetization, retention, and customer lifetime value. âą Partner with Product, Engineering and game development teams to identify high-leverage opportunities, prioritize investments, and influence roadmap decisions through data. âą Build scalable frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models that improve decision-making across product experiences and customer journeys. âą Drive experimentation strategy by identifying key assumptions, developing testing methodologies, and evaluating performance to optimize customer outcomes. âą Translate complex behavioral and product data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. âą Establish and operationalize key performance indicators to measure the success of new features, promotions, and product enhancements across the iGaming ecosystem. âą Align customer value insights with financial forecasts, marketing strategy, and long-term business planning to support sustainable growth.
âą At least 8 years of analytics experience, preferably within a B2C technology, e-commerce, gaming, financial services, or consumer product environment. âą At least 4 years of direct management experience leading high-performing analytics teams, with a strong passion for mentorship and team development. âą Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, customer behavior analysis, and performance measurement across digital products or platforms. âą Experience building scalable analytical frameworks, self-service reporting tools, and data-driven processes that influence strategic business decisions. âą Strong proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker. âą Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, experimentation design, and predictive modeling techniques. âą Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences. âą Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive impact in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. âą Prior experience in gaming, online casino, or entertainment products is a plus but not required.
