📋 Description
• Drive key VIP sales metrics • Contribute to process and compliance initiatives • Work closely with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs • Assist VIP leadership in developing and implementing sales training programs • Participate in the escalation process including working with clients • Manage a high-performing team through coaching
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • at least 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing industry • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team • Strong understanding of the product line • Experience in coaching a team to deliver quality customer experience • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
