📋 Description

• Design and lead complex network solutions across data centers, remote sites, and hybrid cloud environments • Work with AWS, GCP, advanced firewall, routing, switching, VPN, and BGP technologies • Implement advanced infrastructure-as-code patterns, including remote state, modules, and workspaces • Design automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions for FortiGate, Aruba, and Juniper platforms • Triage, debug, and resolve complex production issues • Mentor and coach engineers • Shape the team’s technical roadmap and engineering direction • Participate in the on-call rotation and provide senior-level escalation support for critical outages • Maintain the health, performance, and security of global hybrid infrastructure using observability tools such as Datadog

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training • At least 5 years of network administration experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and routing and switching protocols • At least 3 years of cloud networking experience across AWS, GCP, and hybrid data center connectivity • Proven ability to architect, build, and scale complex network infrastructure • Experience mentoring engineers, leading change and design reviews, and driving high-impact technical decisions across cross-functional teams • Hands-on experience with Aruba switching and FortiGate firewalls • Strong understanding of BGP, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and hybrid cloud connectivity • Experience with infrastructure as code, Git-based workflows (GitOps), and advanced scripting in Python and Bash • Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog • Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools, including Claude, Codex, and Gemini • Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
