âą Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP players in your region. âą Ideate, create, and execute regional DraftKings Player Acquisition events. âą Implement a localized go-to-market strategy and develop VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers. âą Manage and monitor the implementation of the business plan to achieve planned revenue and profits. âą Contribute to net revenue, process, and compliance initiatives while executing against all VIP policies and guidelines including responsible gaming policies. âą Create a Player experience that will drive high levels of brand advocacy.
âą Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience with high-value accounts. âą Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with preferred pre-existing customer relationships. âą Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. âą Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends. âą Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
