📋 Description

‱ Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP players in your region. ‱ Ideate, create, and execute regional DraftKings Player Acquisition events. ‱ Implement a localized go-to-market strategy and develop VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers. ‱ Manage and monitor the implementation of the business plan to achieve planned revenue and profits. ‱ Contribute to net revenue, process, and compliance initiatives while executing against all VIP policies and guidelines including responsible gaming policies. ‱ Create a Player experience that will drive high levels of brand advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience with high-value accounts. ‱ Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with preferred pre-existing customer relationships. ‱ Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. ‱ Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends. ‱ Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
