📋 Description

• Accurately perform prescription data entry • Build and maintain accurate medication profiles and MARs (Medication Administration Records) for IPU patients • Understand and apply IPU model variations and profiling requirements for hospice partners • Review and process faxed medication orders independently, ensuring timely follow-up where needed • Contact hospices to obtain or clarify prescription information and document interactions • Maintain accurate and precise call log documentation for all interactions • Coordinate with local pharmacies on claim adjudication for emergency needs

🎯 Requirements

• Current PA or TN Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing preferred • 2+ years of pharmacy technician data entry experience; managed care or PBM experience preferred • Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design, formularies, and claim adjudication • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service delivery • Ability to balance efficiency, accuracy, and patient satisfaction • High School Diploma or equivalent
