• You will be the primary owner of all inbound customer communications — mainly via email. • You will not read from scripts; instead you'll understand and resolve issues and feed insights back to the product and legal teams to improve DrAnsay. • Quickly and clearly identify and escalate outages, technical issues, or process failures. • Communicate with the right people informally (async-first), without unnecessary noise. • Over the first 6–12 months you will fully learn the CS side of our business and gradually take ownership of your own project within the team.
• Experience in customer support — ideally in a startup or fast-paced digital environment • Fluent German and fluent English (written and spoken) • Comfortable using tools like Jira, Slack, Google Workspace and similar tech stacks • A stable work history — we value reliability and perseverance • Completed vocational training or university degree • Experience in eHealth, SaaS or regulated environments is a plus • Proven track record of improving support processes, not just maintaining them • Ability to turn customer feedback into structured internal insights • Show initiative before being asked • Communicate and document clearly what matters • Consistently perform under pressure without burning out • Collaborate effectively without creating dependencies.
