📋 Description

• Strategy & Management: You develop cross-channel performance marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Display, Native, YouTube, etc.), analyze KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations (A/B tests, attribution, conversion optimization). • Budget & Scaling: You are responsible for cross-channel allocation of the marketing budget and steer efforts toward maximizing ROI and sustainable revenue growth. • Team Leadership & Growth: You lead a growing team of senior marketing managers and specialists — including recruiting, development and coaching. • Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with the CMO and teams from BI, Product, Content, UX and Tech to shape a consistent, performance-driven customer journey. • Trend & Market Analysis: You monitor relevant developments in digital marketing, test new platforms and technologies, and continuously integrate best practices into the campaign strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Performance Marketing Expertise: You have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing — with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, ideally in DTC, health, or consumer sectors. • Analytical Mindset: You are proficient with KPIs, tracking, attribution and automation — and use tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads as well as AI-powered solutions for performance optimization. • Strategic Budget Management: You have experience with large advertising budgets, understand cross-channel budget allocation and are skilled in forecasting. • Leadership & Team Spirit: You lead with trust, clarity and respect — your focus is on team success, collaboration and an inclusive working culture. • Language Skills & Communication: You communicate confidently in German and English — both strategically with stakeholders and operationally within the team.
