📋 Description

• Coordinate and maintain cross-product roadmaps across multiple product lines and teams, identifying and resolving dependencies • Link OKRs and Key Results to the overarching product strategy and guide the full cycle from planning through evaluation • Own product metrics and company-wide reporting on feature impact in collaboration with the Data team • Challenge initiatives with limited customer or business value and propose alternatives • Integrate user research systematically into ongoing product development • Further develop the way Product Managers work, particularly in planning, documentation, and reporting • Support Product Discovery and early team structuring for new product initiatives, including alignment with Engineering • Establish company-wide communication of the product strategy and document product decisions transparently • Report to the CPO and act as the interface between Product, UX, Data, Marketing, and Engineering • During the first few months, develop an in-depth understanding of the product areas, market, and team, then develop and implement an improvement plan

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a product leadership role, such as Head of Product, Product Lead, or Group Product Manager • Experience overseeing multiple Product Managers, teams, or product areas beyond your own product scope, either functionally or disciplinarily • Experience with digital B2C products in a fast-growing company • Hands-on experience with OKRs and roadmapping; coordinating cross-product OKR cycles and maintaining and communicating roadmaps for multiple teams • Strong command of product metrics; defining metrics, measuring feature impact, and establishing internal reporting • Willingness to handle operational structure work hands-on: maintaining roadmaps, requesting updates, and keeping reporting up to date • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level) • Able to work permanently from Germany and hold the required work authorization at the start date • Nice to have: experience as a Head of Product, several years of direct product ownership as a Product Manager, experience in larger product organizations, familiarity with roadmap and product management tools and product analytics tools, experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital health, highly regulated environments, UX teams, and user research
