📋 Description

• Lead and professionally and disciplinarily develop a team of approximately 20 employees • Manage and further develop the continuing education portfolio based on market needs, customer requirements, commercial viability, and strategic business objectives • Take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, from product ideation, development, and market launch through optimization and portfolio rationalization • Ensure AZAV-compliant product development and approval, as well as the quality of product concepts, curricula, and calculations • Establish systematic market, trend, and topic scouting • Make well-founded product and portfolio decisions • Further develop data- and KPI-driven product management • Create transparency regarding product demand, quality, commercial viability, and future potential • Help shape the transformation into an integrated products and media division • Work closely with Media Management, Campus, and other key interfaces • Report directly to the Executive Management and the Board

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience • Extensive experience in product management, particularly in portfolio development, product development, and Product Lifecycle Management • In-depth understanding of the education market • Knowledge of publicly funded continuing education • Ideally, knowledge of the AZAV framework and approval processes • Strong analytical and strategic skills • Experience working with data, KPIs, and financial performance indicators • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing complex products across multiple specialist departments • Strong change management skills and experience in transformation and organizational development processes • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make clear decisions even in uncertain situations • Ability to bring together different perspectives and work collaboratively in a dual-leadership structure • Interest in digital learning environments, AI, and innovative education formats • Knowledge of modern market and competitive analysis methods • Confidence working with senior management and Board-level stakeholders • Experience with cross-organizational change projects
