📋 Description
• Represent JOIN’ in meetings, pitches and projects with brands, platforms and partners. • Develop and present decks, products and narratives about the JOIN’ ecosystem (reGen, Studio, Pass/Ads, Agente Dreamers). • Work alongside leadership to ensure cadence, quality and delivery of internal projects. • Translate the strategic vision of reGen into concrete plans, rituals and deliverables. • Monitor and optimize operational processes and workflows. • Identify and activate business and collaboration opportunities in the market. • Support the structuring of regenerative products and the evolution of the JOIN’ method.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in strategy, business, innovation or creative operations. • Ability to navigate between strategic and hands-on work, with ownership and execution-mindedness. • Excellent communication, storytelling and executive presence. • Organized and proficient with digital tools (Slides, Notion, Miro, Sheets, etc.). • Genuine interest in AI, digital culture and ethical data practices. • Proactive, empathetic and hands-on profile — someone who connects people and makes things happen.
