• We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Manager with proven experience in eCommerce to lead our brand’s presence across social platforms. • This role requires someone who understands the full customer journey online, is fluent in performance marketing strategies, and can create compelling content that drives engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media for an eCommerce brand or digital agency. • Strong understanding of social commerce, platform algorithms, and the customer buying journey. • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite (or other eCommerce platforms), Google Analytics, and content creation/editing software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite). • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions. • Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
