• Responsible for growing our audience by 3-5x. • Moving general audience to email subscribers at targeted rate. • Supporting promotions in a collaborative capacity. • Create amazing videos that drive audience engagement. • Optimize our videos and content for audience interaction. • Collaborate on content creation to maintain consistent messaging. • Engage and grow our audience while promoting content effectively. • Coordinate with promotions manager for content alignment.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years in Marketing, PR, or Journalism. • Experience in high-quality content creation (writing, creating videos, podcasts). • Broad understanding of effective content and social media marketing strategies. • Excellent communication and writing skills. • Experience managing projects and people; organized and proactive. • Empathic and emotional yet logical and strategic thinker. • Proactive, confident and assertive when necessary. • High-quality standards; a great eye for talent and quality work. • Ability to hire, train, motivate and grow creative people. • Understanding of psychology and engaging content creation. • Business mindset with marketing and sales importance.
