📋 Description
• Liderar técnicamente al equipo asegurando diseño y arquitectura alineados con los estándares. • Colaborar eficazmente en entornos ágiles, desde la creación de historias hasta la liberación del producto. • Diseñar, desarrollar, probar y entregar nuevas funcionalidades. • Mantener aplicaciones en producción, asegurando calidad y estabilidad. • Mentoría a ingenieros junior y gestión efectiva de prioridades. • Adoptar prácticas seguras y seguir tendencias tecnológicas para aportar ideas innovadoras.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo. • 5+ años en Java empresarial con Spring. • Liderazgo / coordinación de equipos. • Servicios RESTful. • Bases de datos (SQL complejo). • AWS/Azure. • Mensajería (SQS, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ). • Conocimiento en patrones de diseño. • Familiaridad con herramientas de escaneo de vulnerabilidades (Snyk, Qualys). • Inglés avanzado conversacional. • Zona de trabajo: Remoto.
