• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements. • Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, architectures and flows. • Perform gap analysis between client needs and FIS standard solutions. • Prepare clear, detailed functional documentation for development, operations and management teams. • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. • Work closely with developers to define efficient integrations between systems. • Support certification processes and alignment of flows with payment networks.
• 6+ years of experience in the field. • Advanced conversational English. • Knowledge of payment applications and transactional systems. • Ability to write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications. • Previous experience in banking, transaction processing or financial back-office. • ISO 8583. • Knowledge of card schemes, certification processes, regulations and operational flows. • Creation of process documentation and functional diagrams. • Desirable knowledge of FIS applications such as IST Switch, Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator or Fraud Navigator.
