📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for leaders and teams across AG1 international markets spanning Europe through APAC • Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders through coaching, guidance, and practical solutions • Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities, global People programs, and local market needs • Advise leaders on international employment practices, regulations, employee relations, organizational changes, performance concerns, and people decisions • Ensure local practices align with AG1 policies, principles, and global People team standards • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, talent planning, and succession planning • Guide leaders through talent and performance processes • Identify talent and capability gaps and partner on hiring, onboarding, development, career progression, and retention solutions • Support organizational change and transformation • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment across international markets • Coach leaders on people leadership, team effectiveness, feedback, engagement, and development • Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and other People teams • Drive adoption and execution of global People programs • Use people data, trends, and business insights to identify priorities and measure impact • Improve HRBP processes, ways of working, and People team value

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience operating as an HR Business Partner or senior People leader • Experience supporting multiple international markets, ideally across Europe and APAC • Strong working knowledge of international employment practices and country-specific employment laws and requirements • Broad HR expertise across organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, performance management, succession planning, engagement, and change management • Ability to coach and influence senior leaders and navigate complex or sensitive people matters • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, geographically dispersed organizations • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to execution • Strong analytical skills and a data-informed approach • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across People team specialties and with business leaders • Strong communication and presentation skills • Fluency in English required • Relevant HR certification or equivalent professional credential preferred • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies
