📋 Description

• Design and build backend services and APIs using .NET (C#) that power real-time operations, data management and reporting. • Write efficient LINQ queries and use Entity Framework thoughtfully to keep the platform fast under heavy load. • Leverage Redis strategically to reduce database load • Maintain and modernize backend systems, balancing shipping new features with refactoring older code, reducing technical debt, and keeping the platform performant and stable. • Drive quality through code reviews, share feedback, and help elevate engineering standards across the team • Be autonomous and adaptable, thriving in a changing development process, adjust to evolving priorities, and find creative ways to deliver value quickly. • Communicate openly, share progress, surface blockers early, and work transparently in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience • 3+ years of experience using .NET (C#) • Proficiency with Entity Framework, Redis, SignalR and MySQL • Comfortable using GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT with critical judgement • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Flexible with the development process flow • Critical thinker who can run autonomously • A low-ego, team-first mentality and are not afraid to take risks. • SAble to execute on objectives with high level direction and minimal supervision.
