📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Dropbox products to deliver exceptional user experiences • Design and build scalable software for millions of daily users • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to understand user needs and develop products • Develop and execute short- and long-term roadmaps balancing business impact, user experience, and technical quality • Contribute to team and company culture through mentorship, interviews, and new initiatives • Support engineers through feedback, code reviews, and improvements to internal tools and processes • Participate in occasional on-call work to address bugs, outages, and operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related industry roles • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience • Demonstrated success in developing and deploying large-scale web applications with a user-focused approach • Proficiency in building user-facing software and supporting web/desktop systems and libraries • Ability to handle full-stack projects and deliver minimum viable products efficiently • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations if required by the team
