📋 Description

• Help grow Drop Zero Digital's fastest-growing AI image service • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial • For hiring operations: manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, tracking, and identify process failures • For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; maintain timelines and prevent stalled work • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close tasks without being asked • Make real daily decisions and be judged on decision quality • Identify failing processes, including company processes, and communicate problems clearly and honestly • Participate in the application, written assessment, aptitude tests, recorded interview, founder call, and six-to-eight-week paid trial • Make decisions on live work from the first week and receive direct feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with the company, 2 of them at a fixed time inside the working day; current job may be kept during the trial • If successful, give notice and join full time within 30 days • Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with the company • Strong written English • Based in Brazil • Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one • Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying
