📋 Description

• Help grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial • Run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, follow-up, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes • Plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work while maintaining timelines and preventing stalled work • Notice slipped work, decide corrective actions, and close tasks without being asked • Make real operational decisions daily and be evaluated on decision quality • Participate in the application, test, founder call, recorded interview, aptitude tests, and six-to-eight-week paid trial • Make decisions on live work from the first week of the trial and receive direct feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Colombia • Full-time job held at some point in the last 12 months • Work history verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips • Clear and honest written communication • Ability to make and own decisions • Ability to identify which decisions are yours to make • Ability to receive feedback and adapt • Ability to identify failing processes and raise concerns • Loom video application • Internet speed and computer information provided during the application process
