📋 Description

• Help Drop Zero Digital, a lifecycle marketing agency, grow its rapidly expanding AI image service. • Own either hiring or client delivery, with the specific area determined by the paid trial. • For hiring: own the full sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, and hiring funnel; maintain an accurate tracker and flag process failures. • For client delivery: own planning, briefing, chasing, and shipping client work; hold timelines, ensure complete briefs, and prevent work from stalling unseen. • Identify what has slipped, choose the fix, and complete it independently. • Make real day-to-day decisions with minimal management rather than merely assisting or coordinating. • Distinguish personal decisions from decisions belonging to others. • Respond to feedback, change when appropriate, and retain well-reasoned positions. • Improve rapidly and flag failures, including failures in company processes. • Write honestly and clearly, especially when communicating bad news. • Participate in a six- to eight-week paid trial performing the real job from week one; receive direct feedback on each decision.

🎯 Requirements

• Full time after hire, as your only job. • The paid trial is 4 hours a day, with 2 hours at a fixed time within the company's working day; you may stay in your current job throughout the trial. • After passing the trial, give notice and move to full time within 30 days. • Dependable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, checked live together. • Strong written English. • Based in Georgia. • Working hours logged in the company's time tracking tool from day one. • At least one full-time job within the last 12 months. • Work history verified against contracts and payslips for dates, title, and paid status; false or misrepresented answers disqualify the applicant. • Submit an application with a short Loom video after researching the company. • Complete a short email test including a real decision task, internet speed, computer details, and a paragraph on work history. • Complete a 15-minute call with the founder. • Complete a recorded, one-take video interview; work history is verified.
