📋 Description

• Grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial • For hiring operations: run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes • For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines; brief the team properly; and prevent work from stalling • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked • Make real operational decisions every day and take ownership of their outcomes • Make calls on live work during the paid trial and respond to direct feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job • If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days • Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us • Strong written English • Based in Indonesia • Track your working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Employer, dates, title and paid status are verified by contract and payslips • Must complete the application, written step, aptitude tests, recorded video interview, founder call, and paid trial
