📋 Description

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area determined during the paid trial • Run hiring funnels end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes • Manage client delivery operations by planning, briefing, chasing, holding timelines, and ensuring work ships without stalling • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked • Make real operational decisions daily and be judged on decision quality • Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial • Receive direct feedback on decisions and adapt accordingly • Identify failing processes, including company processes, and communicate problems clearly and honestly

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with 2 hours at a fixed time inside the working day; may keep your current job during the trial • If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days • Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live • Strong written English • Based in Indonesia • Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying

• 1000 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked • Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent • A one-month annual bonus • 15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays • Paid sick leave • A health allowance • A coworking allowance • Paid trial: half rate for the first two weeks, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you • If the trial stops early, payment for the days worked
