📋 Description

• Advise clients on the operational and strategic implementation of the GDPR • Act as an external Data Protection Officer (or deputy) as required • Support organizations in the legally compliant implementation of AI solutions • Assess tools for data protection compliance and requirements such as the AI Act • Prepare Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) • Conduct external audits • Develop practical data protection policies and concepts • Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to raise awareness of the secure handling of sensitive data • Establish and audit Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) • Lead related IT compliance projects

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience as a Data Protection Consultant, Privacy Manager, or IT Compliance Consultant • Relevant certifications, such as DSB TÜV/DEKRA or CIPP/E, are preferred • Strong affinity for IT and technology, particularly AI technologies, cloud architectures, and their legally compliant use • Solution-oriented and structured approach, combined with a strong hands-on mentality • Excellent communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with clients • Team player • Very good German and good English language skills • Knowledge of IT security, such as ISO 27001, TISAX, and NIS2, is an advantage
