📋 Description

• As an Inside Sales Account Lead for Romer Labs, you will be the trusted face of Romer Labs in Canada, owning key client relationships, driving strategic sales growth, and delivering food safety solutions that make a real-world impact. If you're energized by consultative selling, market development, and building lasting partnerships, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose in a remote role that gives you the autonomy to thrive. This is a home-based position with no regular travel required, aside from initial training and one annual sales meeting. This is for our Romer Labs division which offers a broad range of innovative products and services covering mycotoxins, food pathogens, food allergens, gluten, GMO, veterinary drug residues and melamine. www.romerlabs.com

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; background in sales or account management, ideally in food safety or life sciences • Bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills required • Skilled in post-sale relationship management, strategic prospecting, and building customer rapport • Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop growth-oriented sales strategies • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) for pipeline management and data-driven decision-making • Ability to travel to the U.S. for training (2 weeks) and annual sales meetings (1 week)
