• Join our Pharma Sales team in EMEA and play a pivotal role in customer communication, change management, and CRM processes. • As a key point of contact for customer notifications and support, you will lead proactive communication initiatives, manage CRM workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions. • This role offers growth opportunities, leadership exposure, and a dynamic environment where you can shape success through innovation and collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the Pharma sector). • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, with the ability to manage and allocate tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset. • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
